The background is very picturesque, the quality of the darks makes me think of charcoal drawings.
The angle of her arm holding the shell over her breast is a little stiff and inelegant. I think shooting it from a more forward angle, or having her hold the shell with her finger and allowing her wrist to lift away from her body would have helped. The white fabric and her belly are a little too blown-out. A little burning could help, unless those areas are blown out in the negative.
Lovely spot to take a picture, though, and the tones everywhere else are gorgeous.
